Terms of use
These cover this website. They are not the terms you buy on — those are in the quotation and the sales contract.
This site is a catalogue, not a shop
Nothing here is an offer to sell. There are no prices, no cart and no checkout. Product pages describe what we manufacture so that you can ask us to quote, and a quotation is the only document that offers anything.
Specifications
Dimensions, weights, capacities and packing figures describe the product as normally produced. Glass is made by hand and in batches, so a piece varies within a tolerance — and finishes applied by hand, such as mercury, antique and crackle, vary by design. Colour on a screen is not colour in your hand. Take samples before a bulk order; the sample you approve is what the order is confirmed against.
Quotations
A quotation is worked against a specific quantity, product mix, incoterm and destination, and holds only for the validity stated on it. Change any of those and the price changes with them.
Compliance and market suitability
Which certifications and marks a product needs depends on where it is sold. That is decided per order and confirmed in the quotation. Tell us the destination before you order — on electrical goods in particular, the plug type and safety mark decide which market a piece may legally be sold into.
Content on this site
The photographs, descriptions and product data here belong to Edmantium. You are welcome to use them to evaluate and resell our products once we are trading. They may not be used to represent goods you did not buy from us.
Terms of sale
Payment, title, risk, inspection, warranty, liability and governing law are agreed in the sales contract for your order, not on this page. Ask for them with your quotation and we will send them before you commit.
