What to send
A quote comes back faster when the first message carries the whole picture. The four things that decide it:
- What. Article numbers from the catalogue, or a description and a reference image.
- How much. Quantity per item, or a target container load. Price moves with total volume and mix.
- Where. Destination port and country — it decides freight and, on lighting, which safety marks apply.
- On what terms. Your incoterm, from FOB, EXW, CIF, CFR.
Samples
Samples go out before a bulk order so you can check glass weight, finish and colour in your own hand. Ask against specific article numbers — sample lead time is shorter than production, and the two are quoted separately.

Enquiries that arrive overnight are answered the next working morning. We do not take card payments and store no card details.
