Privacy
This site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The only personal data it holds is what you type into the enquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we store what you entered: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, company website, country, buyer type, message, quantity, incoterm and destination port, plus whether you asked for samples or customisation. If you arrived from a product page, we store which product.
The server also records your browser’s user agent, the page you came from, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The address itself is never written down. The hash exists so a flood of submissions from one source can be recognised as one source, which is all we need it for.
Why we hold it
To answer you, and to keep a record of the quote. A quotation is a commercial commitment, so the enquiry it came from is kept with it.
Cookies
None on these pages. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. A session cookie is set only when a member of our own staff signs into the admin panel, which is not part of this site.
Who else sees it
Our staff, and the hosting and database providers that run this site. Enquiries are not sold, shared for advertising, or passed to anyone else.
Removing your data
Ask, and we will delete your enquiry and everything stored with it. Write to us through the contact page. We will confirm when it is done.
